Welcome to the Bernard website. Whether this is your very first time to visit, or you have been here many times, I hope that the information you find here is helpful in your student’s journey through middle school. If, after looking at the information available here on the website, you still have unanswered questions, please do not hesitate to contact the office. We will be happy to help resolve any concerns that you may have.
During this 2010-2011 school year the Bernard staff is working hard to embed the use of data to drive every decision we make regarding each individual student and the school as a whole. We hope to be a place where each student is given the support that they need to realize their highest potential
Parents are an integral part of the team of adults who help student reach this potential. I hope that the resources on this website such as Parent Portal and the Homework Update along with positive communication with your student’s teachers will help you to be a part of that team. Please converse with your students DAILY about their academic goals and progress. You may not be your child’s primary teacher in the curricular areas taught at school, but you are the most important source of motivation for your child!
